By accessing or using the LocalGrowth Co. website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
LocalGrowth Co. provides website design, development, search engine optimization, paid advertising management, social media management, and related digital marketing services for local businesses. Specific service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements between LocalGrowth Co. and each client.

Unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement, all websites, designs, code, marketing systems, and related materials created or provided by LocalGrowth Co. remain the intellectual property of LocalGrowth Co.
Most LocalGrowth Co. services operate on a subscription basis. Under these arrangements, clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the website, marketing assets, and related systems while their service agreement remains active and payments are current. Ownership of the website, design, source code, and related systems remains with LocalGrowth Co.
If services are terminated under a subscription-based agreement, the client's license to use the website and related systems ends. LocalGrowth Co. may remove, disable, or take offline any websites, marketing assets, or systems developed under the agreement unless a separate purchase agreement has been completed.
In cases where a client purchases a website outright or completes a payment plan specifically intended to transfer ownership, LocalGrowth Co. will provide the client with the website files and source code upon full payment of the agreed purchase price. Once ownership is transferred, the client becomes solely responsible for hosting, storage, maintenance, security, and operation of the website unless a separate service agreement is established.
Ownership transfer does not include proprietary tools, internal frameworks, templates, software, scripts, marketing methodologies, or systems developed by LocalGrowth Co. that are used to build or operate client websites unless explicitly stated in writing.
LocalGrowth Co. retains the right to display and reference completed projects, designs, and marketing results in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any third-party software, platforms, plugins, advertising accounts, or services used in the delivery of services remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licensing terms.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Recurring services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 15-day grace period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
LocalGrowth Co. provides marketing and web services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic levels, or lead volumes, as these depend on many factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Butler County, Ohio.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
